Imposter syndrome is real and dangerous for small business owners and entrepreneurs! It can hold us back from building the business we desire and deserve. We see post on social media or a website from a competitor and begin to doubt ourselves. Here are some valuable small business owner tips that I have given to my business coaching clients.
  1. Be ready for it
  2. Know that you are not alone
  3. STOP trying to be perfect
  4. Give yourself a “freaken break”
  5. Keep a “brag book”
  6. Surround yourself with a strong Inner Circle
  7. Celebrate & Be "YOU"
Also, when you have those moments that you are doubting yourself or thinking you are not as good as someone else ask yourself these 3 questions:
  • Is this true?
  • Is this really true?
  • Do I have proof?
The above is especially true if you are a solopreneur or small business owner with a small team. Have a business coach and mentor can help you uncover your blind spots so that you can truly be at your very best and build the business and life you desire.
