Do you ever feel this way in your business? Sometimes when we feel this way it is not for the reasons we think. I see way too many business owners, solopreneurs and entrepreneurs acting like the employee in their company and not the business leader. They end up trying to everything by themselves and usually not very well.
Build your inner circle, hire employees or outsource to the experts, get yourself a coach and/or mentor. Bottom line is focus on what you are really good at and hire out for the rest. You may think you don't have the $$$ right now for this but that is the employee mindset. If you really want to build a company then become the leader of your business and stop acting like the employee!
