Here’s the Secret to Getting Better Results in Your Business

Here’s the Secret to Getting Better Results in Your Business
Do you want to improve your results in your business this year? If you’re like any business owner I know, the answer is, of course, yes.

How can you get a leg up? How can you improve on what you’re already doing without stretching yourself thin?

It’s not a tool or a technique. It’s not really a secret either. The answer, my friends, is community.

How Community Can Help You Get to Your Goals
A community makes the difference, no matter what goal you have. Those who have similar goals and business-minded paths that they’re on, or have already been on, are often willing to share.
Fellow business owners will tell you their wins and their drains. They’ll tell you how they made improvements and saw results. They’ll share their struggles. They’ll also share how they got out of those struggles.

By sharing your business journey, you can feel heard and get real-world advice on:
  • The constant decision-making.
  • The pressure of being the one everyone depends on.
  • The mental load you carry home each day.
Fellow business owners and leaders often like to challenge each other. Not everyone sees eye-to-eye and this can get you out of your comfort zone with how you run your business.
More than anything, your community is where you can feel connected.

Drive Home Your “Why”
Always, always, always come back to your “why.” It’s okay if you veer away from it or forget your why. Entrepreneurship requires you to be flexible and grow that business resilience.
Remind yourself of your “why,” why you started, why you keep going, why you haven’t stopped. That reminder can take you far, even before you join any community.

Where to Find Your Business Owner Community
No one really talks about this part of running a business, but you can be successful and STILL feel stuck. Overwhelm can happen at any point. It can be with solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, small business, medium, big, any size.

That “stuck” feeling doesn’t mean you did anything wrong. It’s because you don’t have an outlet. You often work alone or make those big decisions by yourself, without anyone to bounce ideas off and share challenges with.

The ONtrepreneur Inner Circle can bridge that gap. This is a new community to build connection. With this group, the aim is to create this community that supports each other and keeps one another accountable.

This group is for founders, CEOs, business owners that carry the weight of their big visions, and are working (and thinking) in isolation. It’s not for everyone, but those who join will get quality, curated sessions.

You can’t do everything alone. If you need that push to get started, check out the ONtrepreneur Inner Circle group: https://marshallstern.net/page/ontrepreneur-inner-circle

The late, great Jim Rohn said, “We are the average of the five people we spend the most time with.” So, who are the five people that you spend the most time with?
Maybe those people will be us, and maybe not. Whatever you do this year, don’t do it alone. Find your inner circle.
